As a Legal Secretary in Stirling

You'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of a professional services firm. From managing correspondence to organising documents, your contributions will help ensure the smooth running of the office.

A professional services organisation based in Stirling.

Description

  • Prepare and manage legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, on behalf of the team.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems for easy document retrieval.
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries effectively.
  • Assist with billing and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
