Service Care Solutions are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a supportive, well-established firm with an excellent reputation. We're recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Edinburgh-based firm that prides itself on its welcoming culture, stability, and low staff turnover. The Role
You'll provide secretarial and administrative support to a busy Conveyancing team, helping to ensure the smooth running of property transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Audio and copy typing
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments
- General administrative support to the Conveyancing department
About
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing is essential
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
