Dale & Co. Solicitors, founded in 1986 in Lincoln provides practical legal support to clients covering the areas of Divorce and Family Law, Residential Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Elderly Client Advice.

Role Description

The Legal Secretary Private Client Maternity Cover role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lincoln. The role involves preparing and formatting documents, correspondence, and forms, as well as maintaining accurate client files and case records. Day-to-day tasks include managing diaries and schedules, booking appointments, organising meetings, and ensuring key deadlines are met. The Legal Secretary will handle telephone and email enquiries, liaise professionally with clients, courts, and other legal professionals, and provide administrative support to solicitors in private client work. There is a possibility of the role becoming permanent - full or part-time.
