Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

This Legal Secretary role in Glasgow focuses on providing essential support within the conveyancing team, helping to keep the department running efficiently. Description

  • Prepare and process legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
  • Manage correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other third parties.
  • Maintain and update client files and records accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately.
  • Support the conveyancing team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) should have:
