Legal Secretary: Family, Brighton, Competitive Salary, 1+ Years' Experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant to join a supportive and well-established Family team. This is an ideal opportunity for a legal support professional seeking a long-term position within a friendly and collaborative environment.

Job Ref: 5160

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy Family team.

  • Assist with a varied range of Family Law matters, including managing new enquiries, diary management, billing, and accounts administration.
  • Prepare court documentation, file documents via the HMCTS Family Court portal, and assist with the preparation of court bundles, briefs, and exhibits.
  • Support fee earners with general case management and ensure files and administrative processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
