Family Legal Secretary
Our client is seeking an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join their busy and dynamic team based in Birmingham.

Type of Work for this Family Legal Secretary Role
- Type correspondence, legal documents, and other materials from digital dictation or other sources as required.
- Complete electronic filing and maintain accurate digital records in accordance with firm procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls with clients, Counsel, experts, and other third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and manage appointment diaries for Fee Earners and senior members of the team.
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with all office procedures, policies, and protocols as outlined in the Practice Manual, including any updates or amendments.
- Process and manage CCMS Legal Aid applications and related matters.
- Prepare and action fee notes and deal with matters relating to experts' invoices.
- Undertake any other administrative or secretarial duties as reasonably required to support the efficient operation of the team.
