We are working with a highly regarded Top 100 City law firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary to join their well-established Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary with strong Private Client experience to join one of the firm's largest and longest-standing practice areas, supporting two busy Partners alongside a small allocation of fee earners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing legal documents including Wills, Letters of Wishes, LPAs and Trust documents
- Diary management, arranging meetings, appointments and video calls
- Managing UK and international travel arrangements
- Liaising confidently with HNW and UHNW clients, families, trustees and other stakeholders
- Opening and maintaining files using iManage
- Assisting with AML checks and new matter openings
- Supporting business development activity and maintaining client information on the CRM
- Assisting with the billing process and liaising with Accounts and Finance
- Managing correspondence, presentations and general administrative requirements
- Providing wider ad-hoc support to the Private Client team as required

About You
The firm is ideally looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years' Legal Secretary/PA experience within a law firm
- Strong Private Client experience
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine focus on client service
- Good IT skills and ideally experience with systems such as iManage, 3E, InterAction and BigHand
