Legal Secretary - Residential Real Estate
Full time or 4 days per week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Real Estate Legal Secretary to join a leading law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Legal Secretary to provide high-quality support to Fee Earners within a busy and client-focused team.
The Role
- Managing the smooth flow of documents and correspondence in and out of the department.
- Preparing, proofreading and formatting legal documents using digital dictation.
- Scanning and emailing correspondence and documentation as required.
- Managing files, including opening and closing matters and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing and organising documents and bundles.
- Handling incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with new enquiries.
- Managing diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the wider team.

About You

- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA, within Residential Property/Real Estate is essential.
- Digital dictation experience.
- Experience assisting with Land registry, SDLT, AML checks, etc.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Real Estate Legal Secretary to join a well-established team in a varied and supportive role.
The position can be offered on either a full-time basis or 4 days per week, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
