Litigation Team, Contentious Probate

Liverpool City Centre, office-based role.
Full time (5 days/35 hours)

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Legal Support professional to join our Litigation team based in Liverpool city centre.

The Role

You will provide administrative support to the Litigation team, acting as a key point of contact for colleagues, clients, and professional advisers and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Day to day you act as a point of contact for colleagues, clients, and third-party advisers building and maintaining effective working relationships.

Candidate Profile: Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a comparable legal support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
  • Confidence using case management systems and legal IT
  • A sound working knowledge of relevant legal processes
  • Previous experience supporting a litigation team or working within a transactional legal services team.
