We are looking for a Legal Secretary to support the Criminal Team at our Bradford office in a Full-Time Role.
Legal Secretary experience is essential.
As a Legal Secretary at JWP Solicitors you’ll be right at the heart of operations - meeting clients with a warm welcome, managing enquiries and helping our legal professionals deliver excellent service.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Front of house duties - greeting clients and providing a professional, friendly first point of contact.
- Handling general enquiries in person, electronically and by phone.
- Dictation and drafting documents accurately and efficiently.
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
- Time recording and assisting with billing processes.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Well organised and with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment.
- Happy to support our team and clients with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
