The Role
As a Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of legal matters. Responsibilities will include:
- Diary and inbox management
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Managing correspondence and telephone enquiries
- Opening and maintaining client files
- Organising meetings and appointments
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Supporting solicitors across a variety of legal matters
About You
Legal Secretary Applicants:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, or within a professional services environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
