📢 Legal Secretary / Legal PA – London Law Firm
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal PA looking for your next opportunity in London?
We are recruiting on behalf of an established law firm seeking an organised and proactive individual to join its supportive legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to continue developing their career within a professional environment.
The role will include:
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
- Opening, maintaining and closing client files
- Communicating with clients and other professional contacts
- Assisting with billing and general administration
- Providing day-to-day support to lawyers and the wider team

We would be interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Previous Legal Secretary, Legal PA or similar law-firm experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident Microsoft Office and document-production skills
- A professional and approachable communication style
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload

💰 £35,000–£40,000 per annum, with flexibility depending on experience
