Role Description
Private Client Legal Secretary - Maternity Cover
Starting: November 2026 to January 2028 - with potential full-time/part-time post thereafter
Position: Full time/Office based - Lincoln City Centre
Experience: Private client experience would be an advantage but legal secretarial experience welcomed
Supporting: Head of department/director across Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and estate administration
Salary: Dependent on experience

Key Duties
- Audio and copy typing
- Telephone (and video calls with clients) and professionals
- Diary, appointments and file management
- General admin and matter progression
Must Have
- Previous legal secretarial or relevant admin experience
- Can work independently
- Organised and accurate
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel and case management systems
- Experience working and supporting clients sensitively
