Legal Secretary Residential Property

Hereford | Full-Time | Competitive Salary

TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established specialist law firm in Hereford that is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join its friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a busy legal environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

Working within a specialist Residential Property team, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service throughout the conveyancing process.

  • Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team.
  • Audio typing legal correspondence and documentation.
  • Preparing legal documents, letters and completion paperwork.
  • Managing diaries, appointments and file administration.
  • Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
  • Using the firm's case management system to progress matters efficiently.
  • Assisting with general office administration as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous legal secretarial or legal support experience within Residential Property.
  • Confident audio typing skills.
  • Familiarity with case management systems, with LEAP knowledge being advantageous.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client care skills.
  • A positive, team-focused approach with the ability to manage a varied workload.
