Our client is a successful and respected Law firm are looking for a Legal Secretary for the Property department. The Legal Secretary will cover both Residential & Commercial property and will join an established and successful team. The company have been serving a loyal client base both locally and further afield across a range of other legal sectors including Private Client and Litigation as well as Property.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients
- Undertake tasks such as opening and closing of files, obtaining ID and submitting SDLT returns
- Preparing all correspondence and documentation in a timely fashion
Requirements
The successful candidate will have
- Legal Secretary experience preferably with some property experience would be preferred
- Highly organised with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Audio typing experience and technically savvy with Office 365
- Strong interpersonal skills to build affinity with clients and colleagues
