We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm based in Leicester, who are seeking an organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary or strong administrator with an interest in the legal sector, who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment. The role will involve providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners, helping to ensure the smooth running of the team while managing a varied workload.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day administrative and organisational assistance to members of the legal team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Produce, update and format a range of legal and commercial documentation, including letters, reports, agreements and property-related paperwork, with a strong focus on accuracy and presentation.
- Maintain electronic and paper-based records across client matters, ensuring files are kept organised, up to date and compliant with internal procedures.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and diary commitments for Fee Earners, while responding to incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist with the administration of commercial property matters, including property searches, Land Registry requirements, Companies House records, tax documentation, completions and associated follow-up activities.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator or similar administrative role is desirable, with commercial property experience being an advantage
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a professional and confident approach to client and external contact interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using document management and case management systems, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative while working independently and as part of a collaborative team
