Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected Belfast law firm to recruit a Legal Secretary to join its Real Estate and Private Client department, offering a fantastic opportunity to join an established team with excellent long-term career prospects.
The Opportunity
If you're an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next move, this role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support within the Real Estate and Private Client department. Previous experience within either of these areas would be advantageous, although strong legal secretarial experience in another area will also be considered.
You'll work alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, supporting the smooth running of the department while providing a high level of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated legal secretarial support to solicitors within the Real Estate and Private Client departments
- Preparing, formatting and producing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing files and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties
- Audio typing and document production
- Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Opening, maintaining and closing files in line with firm procedures
- Assisting with billing, time recording and general administrative duties
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department

About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
- Previous experience within Real Estate or Private Client would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
- Strong client service skills
