Residential Conveyancer

South Wales

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
Annual performance bonus
Excellent benefits package
Parking costs paid following successful completion of probation

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit and supportive team with over 25 years of success. You will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.

  • Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction.
  • Keeping clients updated on progress and managing expectations effectively.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient and professional service.

About You

  • Ideally 2-3 years' conveyancing experience.
  • Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive and professional approach to your work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small, established team.
