We are looking for 2 Legal Support Administrator to join our team!
Openings Available:
- One Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
- One Full-Time Permanent
Location: Daventry HQ
Working Schedule (days and hours):
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00am to 5:30pm
The legal Support team is client facing and bridges the gap between the sales / quotes team and the lawyers. As a legal support administrator, you’ll deal with a variety of elements & tasks like:
- Gathering and collating information from lenders, agents, and lawyers
- Creating sale contract packs
- Dealing with administrative tasks and distributing incoming emails
- Answering incoming calls
- Ensuring daily tasks are met and working within a team
- Communicating and building relationships with legal teams and third parties in a professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service

About you
- Passionate about delivering a good service.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word/Excel/Office).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to manage your time and workload and have good levels of literacy and numeracy.
- You thrive working in dynamic and busy environments, this is not a sleepy back-office role.
