Job Title: Legal Support Administrator

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Winnersh, Hybrid - 2 Days onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Solicitors on a range of family law matters.
  • Prepare Legal Aid applications and supporting documentation.
  • Draft correspondence, court forms, and legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate case files using the firm's case management system (Leap).
  • Organise court bundles, disclosure, and supporting evidence.
  • Manage client communications, appointments, and case deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, Family Procedure Rules, and Legal Aid Agency requirements.

  • Previous experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, or similar legal support role.
  • Family Law experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Legal Aid applications and processes.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience using case management systems, ideally Leap.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and professional conduct within a legal environment.
