What you’ll do
The Legal Support Hub is a central administrative team that provides high-quality support to lawyers and Legal PAs across the firm. As a Legal Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks including document formatting, applying house style, typing and digital dictation, and providing general administrative support to teams across the business.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of practice areas, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a professional services environment. Working under the guidance of the Hub Co-ordinator, you'll receive comprehensive training and support from the Hub Co-ordinator, IT Training Team and experienced colleagues, helping you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.
Legal support is an integral part of the service we provide to our lawyers and clients, and you'll play an important role in ensuring work is delivered efficiently, accurately and to the highest standard.
Who you are
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is eager to learn and passionate about providing high-quality support to others. You will be naturally organised, confident managing a variety of tasks, and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
With excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills, you will take pride in producing work to a consistently high standard and delivering a professional, responsive service. You will enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, be approachable and adaptable, and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude when tackling new challenges.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys typing and document production, has excellent time management skills, and is keen to develop their administrative and technical expertise.
