- Managing incoming calls

Conferences are scheduled with precision, and all associated records are meticulously maintained. Routine correspondence and invoice payments are handled independently, while mail, diary entries, and filing systems are managed with efficiency. Close collaboration with the Regional ER Manager and other teams ensures smooth operations.

Success in this role requires:
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication
- A professional telephone manner
The ability to prioritise under pressure, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities is key. Experience with case management systems and DocuSign is a plus, while a team-oriented approach and flexibility are essential.
