Legal Team Assistant Opportunity
Are you an experienced legal administrator seeking a new challenge, or an assistant looking for your next move? Look no further! We're recruiting a Legal Team Assistant to join our Bristol office. This role offers top-class training, a tailored career development programme, and a competitive salary.
About the Role
As a Legal Team Assistant at Burges Salmon, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of your department. You'll work closely with our lawyers, providing support across a wide range of tasks, including:
- Full production of documents (incorporating changes made by lawyers)
- Diary management and liaising with Counsel and Tribunals
- Reporting
- Client onboarding and managing files
- Producing invoices
- Creating and managing disclosure bundles
What We Offer
We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in-house legal systems (including iManage and Aderant). Knowledge of these specific systems is not essential but we do require a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

What We're Looking For
- Previous legal experience (desirable)
- Strong background in administration, ideally within legal professional services.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- A great team player
