Legal Technologist | Fast-growing legal tech start-up
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth LegalTech start-up! This is a client-facing role, where you'll work directly with leading law firms, helping them harness innovative technology while collaborating closely with Growth and Product teams to shape the future of legal services. If you're passionate about AI, emerging technology, and making a real impact in a fast-scaling business, this is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation in the legal sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with client legal and innovation teams
- Preparing analytics and summarising platform insights
- Drafting and distributing release notes
- Supporting internal legal team with commercial contracts and corporate matters
- Attending group meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:
- Previous Funds Paralegal experience is essential, particularly with MFNs and side letters.
- A passion for legal tech platforms and how technology can transform legal workflows is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, charismatic and confident working with lawyers and developers.
