Legal Technology & AI Attorney – International Disputes
Location: London | Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working
A rare opportunity for a disputes lawyer to move into a non-fee earning role at the forefront of AI, innovation, and legal technology.
An elite international law firm is seeking a Legal Technology & AI Attorney to join its Knowledge Management & AI function, supporting a leading International Disputes practice.
This position sits at the intersection of legal expertise, technology, and innovation and is ideal for a lawyer who is passionate about the future of legal services and how AI can transform the way lawyers work.
The Opportunity
Working closely with lawyers, knowledge professionals, and technology teams, you will help shape and drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies across the International Disputes group.
This is a highly visible role where you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping to identify opportunities for innovation and developing practical solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies within disputes workflows.
- Evaluate, test, and implement AI-powered legal technology solutions.
- Develop and enhance knowledge resources, precedents, and best-practice materials.
- Create and improve AI-assisted workflows, prompt libraries, and automation tools.
- Deliver training and support to lawyers on AI tools and technology adoption.
- Act as a key point of contact for AI and legal technology within the Disputes practice.
- Collaborate with Knowledge Management, IT, Research, and Practice Management teams globally.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.

About You
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales.
- Strong background in Litigation, Arbitration, or another contentious practice area.
- Ideally 4+ years' PQE.
- Genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and innovation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable delivering training and influencing lawyers at all levels.
- Curious, commercially minded, and enthusiastic about driving change.
- Looking to utilise legal expertise in a strategic, non-billing capacity.
