Legal Technology Implementation Manager
Location - UK - Hybrid - No Sponsorship Available
Salary - £65 - £85k
You'll implement and build the legal technology that large corporate legal departments run on.
The work ranges from contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms to agentic workflows that connect legal with finance, HR and the wider business. This is a client-facing delivery role in the legal services practice of a global professional services firm, which helps in-house legal teams improve how they operate across people, process and technology.
Some clients have already bought several tools and need them integrated properly. Some want to go straight to an agentic solution. Others are just starting and need a plan.
Legal expertise already sits in the team. What it needs now is people who can implement, integrate and project manage. People who can get the work delivered!

Responsibilities of a Legal Technology Implementation Manager:
- Deliver end-to-end CLM and legal technology implementations, including rescuing projects clients have started themselves and stalled
- Build and configure agents and agentic workflows, including ones that span legal, finance and HR
- Integrate legal platforms with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft and Workday
- Manage the project and the change: planning, adoption and budget
Requirements of a Legal Technology Implementation Manager:
Essential:
- Hands-on, client-facing experience implementing legal or enterprise platforms
- The technical depth to build and integrate, not only to specify
- Project management and change management experience, including budget control
- Credibility with client IT and vendor technical teams
- The curiosity and resilience to work well in a large professional services environment
- Experience implementing agentic frameworks

Nice to have:
- Certification on Ironclad, Agiloft, Leah, Evisort, Harvey, ServiceNow, Microsoft or Workday
- Deep enterprise integration experience, such as complex ServiceNow work, even without legal platform certification
- Previous experience in a large professional services firm
