Legal Technology & Innovation Manager

Bristol, Hybrid working | Up to £75,000 + Benefits

The Company

A leading international law firm with offices across the UK, Europe, and beyond is seeking a Legal Technology & Innovation Manager to join its growing legal innovation team in Bristol. The team brings together former lawyers and technologists to design new ways of delivering legal services, with AI now central to its client offering. This is an opportunity to shape how a major firm puts AI to work for some of its most significant clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Technology & Innovation Manager

  • Lead AI adoption initiatives - Work with stakeholders to identify practical use cases, then design and implement AI solutions that improve service delivery and efficiency across the firm.
  • Manage key client accounts - Develop a portfolio of the firm's most important client relationships, from established technology solutions to new opportunities that need fresh thinking.
  • Scope and build solutions - Lead requirements discussions with clients and lawyers, then configure technology, use low-code tools, and create document automation to deliver results.
  • Drive testing and improvement - Oversee thorough testing, including with clients, and manage a roadmap of iterative enhancements to solutions already in use.
  • Champion the team's offering - Deliver demonstrations to colleagues and clients, contribute to case studies and marketing content, and represent the team at industry events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
