Through our two businesses MUFG Retirement Solutions and MUFG Corporate Markets, we partner with a diversified portfolio of global clients to provide robust, efficient and scalable services, purpose-built solutions and modern technology platforms that deliver world class outcomes and experiences. A member of MUFG, a global financial group, we help manage regulatory complexity, improve data management and connect people with their assets, through exceptional user experience that leverages the expertise of our people combined with scalable technology, digital connectivity and data insights.

Overview

The Legal Transformation & Operations Manager role is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the General Counsel to shape and deliver a practical transformation agenda that improves how legal work is received, managed, delivered and measured. You’ll accelerate the Legal function’s transformation through the practical deployment of AI and technology, particularly Harvey, Microsoft Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem, alongside smarter processes, stronger knowledge management and meaningful operational insight.

The role holder will have the autonomy and visibility in this hands-on role, to make a genuine difference, working with a global legal team and building a strong enterprise network of AI, technology, data, Risk, Compliance and business colleagues. In addition, you’ll connect Legal into wider enterprise initiatives, bring relevant ideas into the function and translate them into solutions that work in practice.

The Legal Transformation & Operations Manager will join the team in our stunning London office on a hybrid basis, so you’ll need to be within a commutable distance to enable you to join the team each week. As this is not a role that simply produces strategies or delegates delivery, you’ll be senior enough to bring credibility, judgement and influence, but equally motivated to build the workflows, configure the tools, test the use cases, create the guidance, analyst the data and drive adoption.

You’ll get the chance to follow your chosen career path anywhere in MUFG Pension & Market Services, joining a network of experienced, innovative and dedicated individuals across multiple teams and countries. There are numerous opportunities to learn new skills and develop in your career with the support you need to succeed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
