Role
- Completion of legionella risk assessments on domestic systems and process water systems.
- Producing clear reports and schematic drawings.
- Liaising with clients to give guidance on site regarding risk, compliance & best practice.
- Be willing to assist with carrying out monitoring visits, tank cleans and TMV servicing as and when required.

- Have at least 18 months experience in carrying out legionella risk assessments and producing detailed schematic drawings.
- City & Guilds or equivalent Legionella risk assessor qualification.
- Be flexible with working hours and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Be able to confidently express findings of risk assessments, maintain good levels of communication with both colleagues and customers and provide the best possible standards of service at all times.
- Hold a UK driving licence
- Be competent at using Microsoft packages including Word & Excel (Visio is an advantage).

Working hours will generally be 40hrs on site or in the office/home office Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 5.30pm and as required by the needs of the business. Occasionally work will require overnight stay. Evening and weekend work is also sometimes required (overtime paid for additional hours worked).

Work Location:
Split between on the road for site visits and office/home office for report writing. Our Head Office is based just outside of Stone, Staffordshire. We are ideally looking for someone based in the Staffordshire / West Midlands area.
