Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Crawley, Surrey
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits
We are currently seeking a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to join a well-established Water Treatment company based in the South Coast. To carry out work on a mixed portfolio of sites completing legionella risk assessments on hot and cold systems, writing reports with schematic drawings and advising clients. Experience / Qualifications:
- Will be qualified with the City & Guilds (WMSoc) Legionella Risk Assessing
- Ideally will have experience undertaking Water Hygiene duties
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Able to produce schematic drawings and reports
- Highly experienced working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Working to ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
The Role:
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Travelling as per clients requirements
- Discussing risk assessment findings directly with clients and answering any technical issues
- Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
- Writing detailed risk assessment reports to outline found risks and recommended remedial action
- Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems, in accordance with ACOP L8
