Location: South and West Yorkshire
Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP38,000 + Company Vehicle and Benefits
An established and growing water compliance business is looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its Water Compliance team.
This is a varied, client-facing position involving Legionella Risk Assessments across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites. You will inspect hot and cold water systems, identify potential risks, and produce clear, practical reports to help clients maintain compliance and safe water systems.
The role offers a high level of independence, with responsibility for managing your own workload, diary, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments across a range of client sites
- Inspect domestic hot and cold water systems
- Identify risks including stagnation, dead legs, poor temperature control, and system design issues
- Produce accurate and professional reports
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients
- Manage your own diary and workload effectively

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Good knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274
- Strong understanding of water systems and Legionella control
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
- Relevant Legionella Risk Assessment training/qualification is desirable
