A leading company within the water treatment and air hygiene industry is looking to recruit a Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Hygiene Technician to join its existing team in the Northern region as part of an ongoing expansion programme.
The company provides water treatment, water hygiene, consultancy and legionella training services throughout the UK.
About the Role
This hybrid role would suit someone who has good communication skills, is ambitious and keen to improve their existing knowledge and capabilities, with aspirations to further their career.

Responsibilities Include
- Risk assessment surveys and subsequent report compilation
- Producing water services schematic drawings
- Temperature monitoring and general HSG274 water hygiene tasks
- Collection of samples from domestic water systems and submission for laboratory analysis
- TMV maintenance
- Chlorine dioxide analysis
- CWS tank inspection and clean and disinfection works

Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legionella risk assessment and legionella service delivery position
- Ideally, a recognised formal legionella risk assessment qualification, e.g. City & Guilds or Water Management Society
- Full driving licence required
