Job Description
Montana Spa & Fitness
Do you love fitness, enjoy talking to people, and take real pride in keeping your surroundings looking their best?
If so, we want to hear from you.
At Montana Spa & Fitness, we are looking for a Leisure Club Assistant who is passionate about people, fitness, and exceptional standards.
We have a community of more than 300 Leisure Club Members, many of whom visit us regularly. This isn't simply a role where you check people in and point them towards the gym. We want someone who gets to know our members, remembers their names, understands what they are trying to achieve, and genuinely enjoys being part of their fitness journey.
You could be welcoming a regular member by name in the morning, helping someone use a piece of equipment for the first time, suggesting a workout routine, checking in with a member about their progress, or simply having a friendly conversation over a coffee. Building relationships is at the heart of this role.
And when it comes to the club itself, we want someone who takes ownership. Our facilities should always look and feel exceptional. That means being prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in – cleaning equipment, poolside areas, changing rooms, sauna, steam room, and other facilities throughout the week. You won't be afraid of hard work, and you'll understand that the small details make a big difference to our members' experience.
What will you be doing?
Your role will be varied, hands-on, and people-focused. You will:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
