Part Time - Casual

A Casual Leisure Club Assistant is responsible for delivering outstanding levels of cleanliness, safety and satisfaction to all Guest and Members.

Responsibilities

  • All owners, members and guests receive friendly and consistent personalised service & manage customer feedback effectively.
  • Manage the activities and day to day operation of the Leisure Club & pool plant areas assigned to you.
  • Maintaining the highest cleanliness standards throughout the Leisure Club (areas include snooker room, games room, squash court, gym, changing rooms, sauna, steam room and pool hall.
  • Ensuring that all Health & Safety Standards are adhered to in the Leisure Club & Pool plant room including compliance with Wet Leisure Supervision Policy.
  • Ensure your activity always considers the health and safety of members and colleagues and that appropriate warning signs are visible where you are working.
  • Completing daily and weekly pool tests and running pool plant area.
  • Cashing up, taking payments (cash, credit card & room charges) on Ez-runner and other POS systems.
  • Taking Health & Beauty appointments, dealing with general queries and greeting guests to Health & Beauty.
  • Completing club membership sales and administering these on Harlands & Ez-Runner databases.
  • Reporting of lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents.
  • Be proactive in ensuring all members and guests are acknowledged in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Deal with any member problems effectively and refer any which you cannot resolve to your supervisor.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities and anticipate needs.
  • Action all guest requests in friendly efficient manner.
  • Be aware of company policy and legal requirements that affect your role and always respect the privacy of our members and guests.
  • Any reasonable requests made by management.
