Leisure Operations Receptionist
Location: Alton Towers Resort
Hours/Availability: Ideally applicants will be available 5 out of 7 days including weekends but applicants with limited availability will be considered.

We are currently recruiting for Leisure Operations Receptionists to join our Hotels team at Alton Towers Resort. What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, professional first impression at our Waterpark and Golf attractions.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with enquiries throughout their visit.
- Handling admissions, bookings, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
- Managing key handling procedures and ensuring security processes are followed.
- Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Communicating important guest information to the relevant teams in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception environment.
- Ensuring every guest leaves with a positive lasting impression of the Alton Towers Resort.

Qualifications & Experience
- Have a flexible attitude towards availability as you will be required to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays
- A positive, enthusiastic and energetic approach, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Previous experience working on a busy reception desk is desirable

Pay Range
Compensation between GBP £8.00/Hr.-GBP £12.71/Hr.
