On behalf of our client, a leading luxury hospitality group with a strong presence in Cyprus and Greece, we are looking for an experienced Luxury Leisure Sales Manager to join their commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-connected sales professional with strong knowledge of the UK luxury leisure travel market, who can build long-term partnerships, identify new business opportunities and support the continued growth of a premium hospitality brand.

The ideal candidate will preferably be based in the UK or be a UK resident.

The Role

As the Luxury Leisure Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the luxury leisure segment, developing key client relationships and expanding the brand's presence across the UK market.

You will work closely with the Sales Director and wider commercial team, representing a portfolio of luxury properties in Cyprus and Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies focused on the UK luxury leisure market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective leisure clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio
  • Develop relationships with luxury travel consortia, agencies and key industry partners
  • Support the growth of direct leisure business and preferred partner relationships
  • Represent the brand at international luxury travel events, roadshows and networking events
  • Maintain close relationships with key UK leisure accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams on campaigns, seasonal offers and commercial initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and changing traveller preferences
  • Manage the sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports and KPIs
  • Contribute to the wider sales strategy and share best practices across the team

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales within luxury hospitality, travel or a related sector
  • Strong experience within the luxury leisure segment
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK luxury travel market
  • An established professional network within luxury travel, agencies, consortia or leisure accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to develop new business
  • Fluency in English
  • Greek or other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with CRM, sales reporting and performance management tools
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools will be considered an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
