Leisure Sales Manager / Membership Sales Team Leader
Up to £9k in OTE!

Right now, we are looking for a brilliant Leisure Sales Manager to join our team, lead our Membership Advisors, and help us make a genuine difference every single day. The Role: Your Contribution to Village
As our Leisure Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our club's growth, specifically driving membership sales, generating high-quality leads, and leading your team to smash targets. You will share how exceptional our facilities are, signing new members up to a healthier, happier way of life.
The 'bones' of what you will be doing are about:
- The Sales Engine: Driving lead generation and delivering membership sales to agreed targets, running highly confident, informative 1-to-1 club tours that showcase our incredible facilities.
- The Team Leader: Coaching, motivating, and supporting your team of Membership Advisors to smash their individual goals while managing the daily non-negotiable sales tasks.
- The Detail Champion: Ensuring the database is razor-sharp, direct debit mandates, and membership profiles are processed with absolute precision.
