Role Description
The Leisure Services Executive is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting small business owners in developing and delivering leisure-related services and experiences to their clients. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Coordinating leisure activities or service offerings
- Managing client inquiries
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service
The role involves:
- Monitoring client feedback
- Analyzing usage trends
- Recommending improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement

The Leisure Services Executive may also:
- Support promotional efforts
- Assist with basic financial tracking related to leisure programs
- Collaborate with business owners to refine service packages
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and business owners.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback, service performance, and usage data.
- Foundational Sales skills to support promoting leisure services and converting client interest into bookings.
- Basic Finance skills to assist with budgeting, pricing, and simple financial reporting related to leisure offerings.

Additional qualifications include:
- Good organizational skills
- Proficiency with common office and communication software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in hospitality, leisure, or service-oriented roles is an advantage.
