We are hiring into the lending operations team of one of Europe's leading real estate alternate lenders.

What they need from you:
- 3+ years' experience in property finance lending operations or loan servicing
- Experience within bridging finance, development finance, or specialist property lending
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills and confidence checking financial calculations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience working with European lending portfolios would be advantageous, but not essential.

The role:
You'll play a key role in ensuring loans are administered accurately and efficiently, working closely with credit, finance, legal, and sales teams. Responsibilities include:

- Funding and drawdown coordination
- Loan servicing and portfolio administration
- Payment processing and reconciliations
- Loan documentation and system management
- Monitoring borrower compliance and loan conditions
