We are hiring into the lending operations team of one of Europe's leading real estate alternate lenders.

What they need from you:

  • 3+ years' experience in property finance lending operations or loan servicing
  • Experience within bridging finance, development finance, or specialist property lending
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills and confidence checking financial calculations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience working with European lending portfolios would be advantageous, but not essential.
