Description
Working within the lettering and GSOP team on the CMO Contract, this role will play an active role in issuing letters to customers informing them when their gas will be disrupted and preventing GSOP failures. GSOP 2 is actioning the logging of private reinstatement ensuring completion for PSR /Non PSR customers within the times required. Materials Ordering through a designated system
Key Responsibilities
- Creating letters to send to customers, working with excel and a lettering system
- GSOP Jeopardy and GSOP 2 Tracker – Private Reinstatement completed within 3 or 5 days depending on PSR/Non PSR Customer
- Assisting on ordering Materials
- Additional admin duties

Experience and Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Office and IT literacy skills
- Good communication skills
- Logistics experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player
