Lettings Negotiator

Location: Bishopston

Salary: £27,000 basic/OTE £29,000+ (Uncapped Pooled Commission)

Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate

Pertemps Bristol are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for one of our clients based in Bishopston.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, fast-paced environment where you'll build strong client relationships, develop your property expertise, and play a key role in helping landlords and tenants find the right solutions.

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process. You'll enjoy a varied role with plenty of opportunity to build relationships, generate new business, and contribute to the success of the office.

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
  • Understand tenant requirements and match them with suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers and liaise between landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
  • Support business development by canvassing for new instructions and identifying new opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients.

About You:

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.
  • A proactive team player who takes ownership of their work.
  • An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ideally have at least 12 months previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency

What's on Offer:

  • £27,000 basic salary.
  • Realistic On-Target Earnings of £29,000+ through an uncapped pooled commission structure.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
