As our London business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious property professional with a strong understanding of the prime London market and a passion for generating new business.
The Role:
This is a business development-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys winning new instructions, building relationships and working with luxury properties.
You’ll be responsible for growing our landlord and developer network, identifying new opportunities and managing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new landlord and property instructions through prospecting, networking and cold calling.
- Build relationships with landlords, developers, investors and high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct market appraisals, viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and rental offers.
- Source prime, luxury, new-build and off-market opportunities.
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with our sales, lettings and marketing teams.
- Represent the KENSINGTON brand at client meetings and industry events.
- Take ownership of personal targets and contribute to the growth of the London office.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK residential lettings, acquisitions or new homes.
- Strong business development and instruction-winning experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the prime London property market.
- Confident with cold calling, prospecting and relationship building.
- Commercial, target-driven and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with property CRM systems and UK lettings legislation.
- ARLA Propertymark qualification is advantageous.
