Letting & Operations Coordinator

Company: Keyhaven
Location: London or Cambridge, UK (On-site / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Keyhaven is a growing rental company providing quality properties and a smooth experience for tenants and landlords.

The Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive coordinator to manage lettings and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle tenant enquiries, viewings, and bookings
  • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements and renewals
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections
  • Arrange maintenance and follow up with contractors
  • Track rent payments and keep records up to date
  • Provide fast, professional support to landlords and tenants

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in lettings, property, hospitality, or operations
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and booking tools
  • Knowledge of UK lettings (tenancy agreements, deposit protection, right-to-rent checks) is a plus
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
