Job Title: Lettings Administrator
Salary: £35,000
Location: Battersea / Hybrid
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to join our busy lettings team. You'll play a key role in progressing tenancies from instruction through to completion, ensuring all documentation, compliance and administration is completed accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
- Progress tenancies from instruction through to move-in.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and statutory documentation.
- Complete Right to Rent, AML and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate tenancy and landlord records.
- Process tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenant changes.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal teams.
- Arrange property marketing and contractor work orders.
- Provide general administrative support to the lettings team.
- Manage key administration and support the day-to-day running of the office.

About You
- Previous administration experience, ideally within property or lettings.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
