Working for a thriving property agency in central Southampton, you will be supporting with all the lettings administration.

This includes tenant referencing and other compliance checks e.g. AML, property inspections for check in and check out, maintaining the landlord register, etc.
Rate of pay is £13.50 per hour, working Tues/Wed/Thurs each week 9am to 4pm, and you must have a driving license and access to a vehicle, for visiting local properties to carry out inspections.

You'll be working alongside 2 other administrators at this busy office, and providing some PA duties to support the management team.
