Lettings Administrator (Part-time)
Location: Whetstone, North London
Salary: £30,000 Pro Rata
Hours: Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week (5 days per week)
About the Company
Our client is a rapidly expanding Property Management company based in Whetstone, North London. Due to continued growth and changes within the lettings sector following the introduction of the Renters' Rights Act, they are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Administrator to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Property Management, this newly created role will provide crucial support to the Lettings and Property Management teams, ensuring a smooth and compliant lettings process from offer acceptance through to tenant move-in.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and preparing Section 13 Notices for rent increases across a residential property portfolio.
- Progressing lettings from offer acceptance through to tenant move-in.
- Conducting tenant referencing through Rightmove.
- Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks via an online platform.
- Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements and compliance documentation.
- Coordinating check-in inventories and pre-tenancy cleans.
- Raising invoices for move-in monies.
- Uploading and marketing available properties on online portals.
- Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM system.
- Providing administrative support to the Lettings and Property Management teams.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within Lettings Administration, Lettings or Property Management.
- Agency experience (preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good IT skills and confidence using property software and CRM systems.
- A positive and proactive approach to work.
