We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful property business in Seaham that is expanding its Property Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a residential property portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and develop your career within an ambitious and supportive organisation.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an exceptional service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating property maintenance and contractor works
- Conducting property inspections
- Managing tenancy progression and renewals
- Monitoring rent payments and arrears
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service

To be successful you'll have:

- Experience within Property Management or Residential Lettings
- Strong knowledge of the tenancy lifecycle
