About The Role
A great opportunity has become available for a Lettings Apprentice for a well established letting agent in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in property and lettings.
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Representing Fit Property professionally whilst showing our student accommodation
- Collecting and recording viewing feedback
- Following up with prospective tenants after viewings
- Supporting the office team with ad hoc administrative tasks when required
- Conducting property inspections

As the role involves travelling between our properties, applicants will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle (business mileage will be reimbursed).
The skills and experience gained will provide a strong foundation for a successful career in the property industry in positions such as Lettings Negotiator or Property Manager.
About The Training
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
College attendance will be required once per month at Hillsborough Campus or via Google Classroom.
