Overview
As a Lettings Area Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving success across multiple branches, supporting Lettings Managers and teams to achieve outstanding results. Reporting to the Area Lettings Director, you’ll oversee performance, compliance, customer service, and business growth while ensuring the highest professional standards are maintained.
We’re looking for a motivated and influential leader with strong multi-branch lettings experience, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of current lettings legislation. You’ll be confident managing remote teams, developing talent, driving KPIs, and building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What’s on offer to you as a Lettings Area Manager?
- £33,000 - £37,000 basic salary, dependant on experience
- £90k + complete on target earnings
- Uncapped commission
- A company car on your first day, or a monthly car allowance
- Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development
- Full time working hours 8:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
What you need to bring to the table as a Lettings Area Manager?
Working alongside other Area Manager(s)/ Property Management Area Directors and reporting directly to the Area Lettings Director, you will be responsible for your own team of Lettings Managers/host branch staff and overseeing compliance with all Spicerhaart Winning Ways. You will be responsible in driving business in your own host branch and be responsible in overseeing the business delivery for your assigned Branches & partnerships.
- You will ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- You will be a confident, influential, and diplomatic leader with an inherent sense of positivity and drive, and will possess significant experience in individual and multi-branch Lettings Management.
- You will have a clear understanding of current Lettings legislation.
- You will drive the performance, personal development, and day-to-day management of your team.
- You will be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
- You will be articulate, pragmatic, analytical, and solutions-focused, with exceptional drive and enthusiasm.
- A high performer who is KPI-driven and an excellent recruiter and developer of people.

The finer details
We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
