Lettings Coordinator
Location: Richmond
Salary: £30k to £32k plus a generous benefits package
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Office Based
Start Date: ASAP
Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring every detail is handled accurately? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to support the successful day-to-day operation of a busy lettings team. Acting as a central point of contact for landlords, tenants, applicants and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring properties are compliant, marketed effectively and ready for a smooth tenancy journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing landlord onboarding and compliance processes prior to marketing properties.
- Preparing and issuing tenancy-related documentation.
- Creating and updating property listings and records on internal systems.
- Coordinating photography, EPCs and floorplans with external suppliers.
- Producing marketing materials and property brochures.
- Liaising with property management and progression teams to ensure all documentation is in place.
- Providing a high standard of customer service to landlords, tenants and applicants.
- Handling incoming enquiries and telephone calls professionally.
- Arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and supporting wider team administration.
- Processing invoices, expenses and general office administration.
- Assisting with internal and external audit preparation.
- Keeping up to date with industry legislation and compliance requirements.

About You
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within property, lettings, estate agency or a customer-focused environment.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach.
